Why? Inner city families struggle with poverty, neglect, hunger, broken relationships, educational challenges and hardships.
Center for Success offers a fun environment to assist children and families in conquering the obstacles in their lives. As a community center in the heart of Pontiac, our mission is "to empower individuals and families to live successful lives."
Beginning in January of 2014 we opened our doors to provide educational resources for children and teens in the Pontiac area. After school programs offer a healthy snack, enrichment activities and homework help. In this newly renovated building, families are being encouraged and empowered to overcome challenges. Workshops, camps, sports, mentoring, music and art programs will be added to the schedule for summer and fall.
